Focus Group Transcription

Responses from a group of interacting individuals are evaluated via focus interviews. Often there are multiple panelists and a lot of skill is needed by the transcriber to decipher and recognize the panelist. Participants speak out of turn and the sound quality is not of the highest standard and includes the noise created by coughing, shuffling paper, etc.
Thus a high level of accuracy is important and our experience comes in handy in completing the assignment to the required level.
